We still don't have a computer at home, since it decided to become infected the other day while Paul was on!!! Not to mention the ugly icons it was putting on the desktop!!! Sure was glad that one of the children hadn't been on!!!

   We are in town today BECAUSE we are getting supplies to redo my bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so looking forward to a new look and can not wait to tear out the whole thing it looks so ugly right now where the termites had been chomping away!!!!

   So first off as soon as we get home I'm gonna take my before pictures of the little place and then I am gonna have some fun!!!    And then the things I can't do will be done by Lisa's boyfriend tomorrow!!! And hopefully we won't run into anything too drastic!!!

   Will let ya know of my progress before long!!

   Had a wonderful day yesterday doing nothing but scrapbooking, I don't think I'm obsessed with it at least not yet! But it is a fun way to relax for me!!

   I still don't have lil' miss Jaelyn back, but Oaklie came today. Her mom called last night and said she seems to be doing good and said her face is starting to look better, hopefully she'll be out tomorrow!!!

  Clement and Francesca are here at the moment and soon to arrive will be Jessica and Cody from school, Shannon and Chandler will be here soon after that! The farms are being set up all over and the farmers are quite busy with their operations!!

  Want to try something different for snack, definitly a have-to at this house after school or put it this way year round! I saw the idea of rolling big marshmellows in cinn./sugar and putting that in pop-up biscuits, the idea sounded good anyhow!!!

    I guess everyone will have to wait on the pictures I've been wanting to post of this and that, Jessica's Birthday, our cookie baking day,etc as for some reason this computer has issues with me hooking my camera to it!!! It says the usb ports are overloaded!!!! But a new one is on its way,so hopefully soon our computer problems will come to a HALT!!!!

  Just know that you don't plug in your computer into outlets that are prob. dated back to the 50 and 60's as they prob. aren't grounded and then when you plug the frig into the same electrical current it will really cause problems namely like sending all that trash in the circut right into your computer which will cause it to keep having  problems on a continual basis!!! And now you have the rest of the story why we were always having troubles with the computer!!!!

Today will be quite different for me!!!

   On Fri. one of the little girls I keep got bitten in the face by a dog and so is staying home today! (Thankfully she was with her parents when it happened)  It resulted in a trip to the ER with plenty of stitches and a front tooth being knocked out! poor thing!!   Devon after hearing about it told me that if he were a dog he would not have bitten her as she's one of his favorite girls!!!!

  Today was also the first day back to school for Jessica and Cody, he told me this morn. "mom, I just have mixed feelings about going back to school, in a way I want to and in a way I don't"!!!

  And so since that just left Devon, I decided to do something that I never do and I put him to moms for the day, He was happy to go and she was happy to see him come,(at least she acted like she was)

   Normally doing laundry on Mondays is just as set a thing as about eating or sleeping around here, but since this day is altogether different, I decided that putting it off for one day is not gonna stop the world.... now it might make that they don't all have the exact clothes they were hoping to have, but by tomorrow eve. that problem would be fixed too!!

  So as soon as everybody was out the door, I cleaned up the kitchen, ran outside and opened a water tank and actually fed and watered the bunnies for my oldest 2,(I was feeling that generous)!

  And now I just thot I had to catch up with everyone on here and share my good fortune and then I plan on scrapbooking THE WHOLE DAY!!!!

 I happened to stumble across hers awhile ago and always enjoy reading about someone else's life. And now to back up again, here recently my SIL who is also the church librarian mentioned the fact that there were new books in the library.  Devon was quick to find these new books and brot them home to "read" and look at--we were very impressed with the books and he spent a long time looking at the pictures and now this morn I discovered that smilesbymiles is the author!!!! It makes me want to go check them out again and REALLY look at the pictures as I feel as if I should almost know her!!!  She did a fantastic job on them!!!

   Well in order to get very much done with my scrapbooking I should prob. sign off and go get busy!!!  You all have a wonderful day!!!

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY DEAR DAUGHTER

          JESSICA ANN WINGARD

She turns 10 years old today!!!   And came down at 11:50 last night to inform me that in 10 more minutes I will be 10 yrs old!!!!! We have been reminded repeatedly the last couple weeks that we will now be in the double digits!!!!

    This is the same child we almost lost at 4 weeks old due to whooping cough!! We have come a long way baby, in more ways than one!!!!

   It is hard to believe that our oldest is already ten!    She is becoming a helpful and caring person!

May you always remember to put God and others first and you will go far, dear daughter of mine!!! 

 I really need to write about what all has been going on or will be going on in the next couple of weeks but with only a few minutes here and there Facebook updates just seems so much quicker!!!  

   Candy has been running out of everywhere this last week and will still be more in the making in the coming week I have prob around 60 .lbs ordered from folks here and there!!!! Anything from choc covered cherries to fudge to divinity!! You name it I will be game to try it!!!!

Believe it or not here I come again!!!!! With only little ones around yest. and today and tomorrow, Here at least is where I can say something and don't have to ask, "ARE YOU LISTENING TO ME?"

   I sure am glad I don't keep this many on a regular basis, but I suppose we can handle a 3-day week mentally, if my back can hang in there physically!!!  Since last week it has really been giving me fits, Don't know if it's actually out of place or just stress,(not that I would have any in my life)     Last night I walked a mile and did some other exercises and have been downing the calcium like no other and this morn. I felt a little better, but by noon today it was done again!  Guess we'll see!

  My holiday greetings are going out tomorrow.....everything is laying on the table and this evening when the children get here guess what their job will be?? 

  The dryer is done so guess I'll move on~~~~

Boy, my updating is really lousy! I love to read about everybody else's lives and mine seems so dull and boring compared to yours!!!!!

  And you know me--- most generally at loss for words!!

  This week is what was called recuperation week!! Mon night we had our yearly waffle supper and I was in charge of the evening-everything went very good but it was still kinda scary to think that all these people expected to come eat waffles and sausages and if we run out it will be my fault!!!!  All my worries and werid naightmares were in vain and about halfway thru the evening, it suddenly hit me that I'm actually enjoying this!!!!

  Tues. morn I had to have a  treatment, and in the p.m. was a little ladies farewell get together for a couple thats leaving and moving to Ks. and by Wed morn. I was ready to stay at home!!!! I got caught up on laundry and putting the house back together that day!!

  Thurs. afternoon, mom, Lisa, the children and I ran to town to run errands and on to Hydro for the cousins Donkey Tales program, which was very good!! And the food afterwards was great too, esp the grape salad!!!whooo-wheee

  That night Devon comes trucking down the stairs, not feeling good and after tossing and turning in OUR bed for awhile, i took him to the bathroom (which i heard the pot being missed by a good ways) and then I stuck him in his bed and pretty soon it was, "MOM, I need to puke"  Oh boy for as tired as I was, believe me I could move FAST!! That time we missed the pot again......but at least we had made it into the bathroom!!!!  By the time Friday eve was here we had had good practice in hitting the pot with as often as we treked in there the rest of the day!!!!  He couldn't keep anything dowm all day, but that eve after he had taken a shower and eaten a little supper, he was a lot better!!! He slept all night and is fine this morn!!!

   But by this eve. Jessica has started holding down the couch!!!!

  Yest. I also CLEANED the kitchen, I am sooo tired off these dreadful gnats that I cannot get rid off!!! I got rid of the slop bucket, the trash can is empty and cleaned,  every dish in my cupboard has been taken out and the shelves washed off and still they fly around here!!!! 

  Today we ended up going out to the pizza hut for lunch, sure was nice not having to mess up my clean kitchen!!!

   After a lot of debating and going around-Lisa decides to go to Ark. this afternoon-she was going to go next wed. eve anyhow for thanksgiving, So I consented to babysit for her Mon, Tues, & Wed!!!

  So my next week is pretty well planned!!!

     Whew, for a person of few words this post is sorta long!!!

The First week is now history!!!!  I am sooo glad we are this far along!!!

   Nights might have improved a tiny smidgen--the one night he didn't evens bother asking if he could join us in bed and just snuggled inbetween us and talk about being restless!!!! He was all over and finally his dad (who usually doesn't find out too much), told him if he wants to stay in bed he needs to hold still!!!! "Okay" was his meek response and the next time I looked, here he was sleeping away with his feet draped over Pauls face!!!! It would have made a great picture but by that time taking a picture was the last thing on my mind!!!!   Needless to say he got taken back to HIS bed after awhile!

   This getting up nights brings back vivid memories of having a new baby!!!!!!!!

   Rhonda so kindly fixed him a sunshine box, I think it had about 9 pkgs or so in it.  Wouldn't you believe it, it can be 2:00 or 3:00 or 5:00 DURING the night when he wakes up and he'll be asking to open that days pkg!!!!Son, we do not do things like that at this hour of the night!!!!  I do declare after those pkgs are all opened he might start sleeping all night!!!!

   His voice has changed since his surgery-more high pitched, it is sorta cute- But I would never tell him!!!  I know the other 2 changed theirs also, but can't remember if it stayed that way or not!!

   Just now he was in his bed hollering for me "once again" and Paul had just come home and so I told him that I think he's hollering for him!  Once he gets in there, Devon goes ,"I was asking for mom!" And Paul goes ,"yeah she sent me in here." and Devon gets this "LOOK" on his face and goes,  "not again"!!!! Not sure what all that was suppose to mean!!!  He only sees me 24/7, you'd think every once in awhile he'd be delighted to see a new face!!!!!

   Pray for us as we go in today for Devon's Tonsilectomy down in Lawton---NOBODY is looking forward to the next few weeks!!!!!!!

  About 3 years ago both Jessica and Cody had theirs taken out, now it would've been nice had Devon been thrown in to that mix also!!!  But at the time he was considered too young!

   I really should have mine taken care of too but guess I'm too chicken after seeing what all the children went thru!!   I really should have done mine before them so i could truly sympathize with them!!

 Hopefully he will have as good as results as Cody did!!!!

Fixing to have another busy week!!!

  This morn I gave Paul and the boys haircuts which was needed really bad!!!! Also made my Lasagna for tomorrow lunch at the sewing, Laundry is all done and put away!!!!

  Cody never made it to school today---He sounds awful! With a hacking cough and just sore all over and some headaches!!  I think he's starting to think that if he has to lay around and there's no computer, no running around and no tussling with bro. it might just be more fun going to school!!!

  Jessica had bad stomachache over the wkend and never made it to church yest!! But at least there was no puking involved. She also had a bad headache!! She was determined not to miss school tho. so we packed her off for the day!!! They haven't called yet--so.... maybe she's at the end of hers!

   Tomorrow we have sewing and I'm in charge of getting the meal together!!  The menu plan is Lasagna, hot veg.  jello, lettuce salad,   apple crisp and ice cream!

   In the morning at 11:00 is also the graveside services for Paul and Kristy Schmidt's little baby!!So sad here it was their first little one!!! Several of us would like to go to that also!

  Wed.- I have to run to town.

  Thurs. - I told Rhonda I would come help make curtains.

  Fri.- I babysit for Lisa while she runs off to Col. for a wedding!

  Sat.- A day to catch up from the week!!
